How Consignment Works

Step 1 — Submit Your Item for Review

Send us at least 5 clear photos of your item, together with:

1. Condition and brief description
2. Any defects, such as scuffing, stains, tears or odour
3. Inclusions, such as the original dust bag, authenticity card, tags, receipts or other accessories

We will review the information and let you know if the item is suitable for consignment.

Step 2 — Agree on the Terms

If your item is approved, we will discuss and agree on the selling price and consignment terms with you.

Our quotation subject to our physical inspection and authentication checks.

We reserve the right to reject the item or revise the offer price if its actual condition differs from the photos or if it does not pass our verification checks.

Step 3 — Send Us Your Item

Once the consignment terms are agreed, please arrange for the item to be delivered to us.

You may:

1. Personally deliver the item; or
2. Arrange a courier of your choice.

All delivery costs are borne by the consignor.

Step 4 — Your Item Goes on Consignment

The consignment period is 1 month from the date the consignment agreement.

During this period, we will market and offer your item for sale through our available sales channels.

Step 5 — Get Paid

Once your item is sold, your agreed consignor payout will be paid within 4 working days.

If your item remains unsold after the 1-month consignment period, it may only be withdrawn and self-collected from LuxeTien after the 1-month period. We will discuss the available next steps with you, which may include extending the consignment period or reviewing the selling price.

Please Note

We only accept authentic items in good, saleable condition.

We do not accept items that are:

1. Mouldy
2. Heavily scuffed
3. Heavily stained
4. Torn or damaged
5. In otherwise significantly defective condition

All items are subject to physical inspection and verification before final acceptance.
